Warning
First of all, this is only describing fantasy fiction.
For those of you who weren't born during the Seventies, or even the Eighties, there was once a trope of fantasy fiction where the bad guys would slip an incapacitating drug into the victim's drink. The unwitting victim drank the drink, passed out, and then that would be the end of the scene. The following scene would see the victim tied up and having to listen to the bad guy monologuing about his plans or something.
The Nineties showed that this fantasy had a rather ugly side in the real world, which was nowhere near as romantic: the rather horrific crime of date rape. In other words, while it is easier to lay your hands on a pill than a bottle of sleeping gas, I am personally really recommending that you don't try this at home, for all sorts of reasons - legal, moral and ethical, at the very least.
Having said that, here are the fantasy images and video clips which turned people on, long ago, before the horrid reality asserted itself.
I also had to include the pilot episode of Torchwood here. "Everything Changes" showed Gwen Cooper being given Retcon by Captain Jack Harkness. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to embed this, so here's the link to the page.
Afterword
So far, this is the only Hypnotic Erotic post I've put up with a serious afterword.
