Slow Trancing

Something I haven't tried with a live subject yet; slowly trancing someone as I speak.

I need to practice on this particular black art; to work it on a subject and capture that subject's attention such that you are compelled increasingly strongly to pay attention and focus on the words you hear, focusing more and more attention like I'm holding you in place like a magnet whose pull is getting stronger by the second.

I have a very specific idea in mind for slow trancing. If you've ever recalled a warm day, a clear and brilliant day where you were completely free from worries, you can relax and smile and let everything go, you'd know what I mean. That's just what I want to induce, and you just need to immerse yourself in that moment, that perfect moment of freedom and liberation and peace.

Once you're experiencing that, I'd invite you to go in deeper, to lose yourself in that moment, just lose yourself, one perfect moment, the weight lifted off you, free from worries, just that relaxation that comes with the moment you are immersed in.

What a beautiful moment that is.

That calm; that tranquility; the serenity of that wonderful moment you have lost yourself in. Nothing calling on you, and your worries left behind. Just sweet surrender to that moment, the place where you want to go; where everyone wants to go, where the mind can just sort of let go and you can let go, and you can just ...

quietly ...

... sleep.

That sort of perfect feeling, where I start counting down from 10, and at 1 you're totally lost in the peace.

10, and each moment brings you to greater relaxation and calm.

9, and your body's muscles relax from the feet up, the total relaxation climbing up your legs like a wave, from your toes to the heels, then the calves, the knees and the thighs to the hips.

8, and you take a deep breath in, and your body feels like light, and with your next breath out that relaxation comes up a little further, from your hips to your solar plexus, leaving yourbody feeling so heavy and relaxed and calm.

7, and you breathe in and feel so light, and then breathe ut and the wave of relaxation now moves up your body to the chest as you feel so relaxed and heavy and you want to let go, but you have to get to the end of this page to see how it finishes.

6, and your breathing is slowed because you are so relaxed and heavy, so tired but you want to get to the end.

5, and you are about halfway there, so tired, so needing to let go, needing so much to sleep, but you must continue, even though your whole body is now so relaxed.

4, and you are so close, to close to the end, and that tired feeling is so great, and you feel so drowsy and want to give up, but you must finish this.

3, and you are even closer, but so weary and tired but you need to go on despite the tiredness.

2, and you are almost there; almost there. Just get ready for the last step, and then ...

1.

You are there. Stop struggling, and let everything go, and ...

... sleep.

I have an instruction for you.

Whenever I say "Secret sleep" to you, you will immediately fall back into a lovely, deep trance, as if you've never left trance. Whenever you receive an email from me with "Secret sleep" in the subject line, you will return to this deep trance again, as if you never left the trance.
Each time you come back to read this post, it will trance you deeper and deeper each time. Each return visit, this post will trance you more and more strongly.
Now forget that you have been reading this post. Remain in a trance, and go to this page now.
